Add-Worth was founded in January 2020 by Marelize and Charles, but the story began long before that. Their journey started across continents, with Charles moving to the UK (from South Africa) first and Marelize following a year later, both holding onto the same dream and trusting it would be worth the sacrifice.
From the start, their belief was clear: accounting should feel human, kind, and rooted in genuine care. Over the years, they’ve built a small, dedicated team who share those same values, people who are thoughtful, supportive, and love helping agency owners grow in a way that feels good and sustainable.
