I know what a broken model looks like because I’m living the fix right now.

 

I ran a practice with 350 clients at the wrong price. Busy, stretched, and not where I wanted to be. So I made a deliberate decision to start again, building something smaller, sharper, and properly priced. Capped at 30 businesses. Not because 30 is a round number, but because that’s the point at which every client gets the attention the work actually requires.

 

The Profit Room is part of that build. Every month I bring what I’m learning and what I’ve learned into this room, and we work through it together.
